Our hackathon is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of the following:

  • gender identity and expression

  • physical appearance

  • body size

  • ethnicity

  • nationality

  • religion

  • political views

  • previous hackathon attendance or lack of

  • computing experience or lack of

  • chosen programming language or tech stack

We do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any hackathon venue, this includes the following.

  • hacks

  • talks, presentations, or demos

  • workshops

  • any parties associated to the hackathon

  • social media

  • any other online media

Submission Requirement 

The program must address mental health. When submitting a 1 - 2 minute video about what your program does and the impact it has for our community.

 

Functioning App. Does the project need to be fully functioning? 

You project needs to be functional enough to demo for your video presentation

What tools, platforms, can I use? 

Your project can use any tools, platforms, etc. You aren't allowed to use pre existing projects, but prebuilt tools and libraries are acceptable.

Topic / Categories. Are there any category requirements, content, or specific challenges the app must focus on?

Your project must address mental health.
